I have seen highly capable manufacturers struggle to reach the right buyers. I have seen global buyers face challenges in identifying reliable partners. Despite India's strong manufacturing base, much of the trade still depends on fragmented networks, informal connections, and limited visibility.

Over time, one thing became clear: the problem was not capability—it was access, structure, and connection.
